MR McMurdo seized the Electronic Dance Music industry over 9 years ago, defining his illustrious music style through an array of genres which include: Deep House, Tech House and
 only the finest Progressive House. His most defining characteristic is his passion for sexy, provocative vocal tracks, his flirting betweenbrazen 
love and hedonistic debauchery guarantees dance floor upheaval!
Over years McMurdo has held many exclusive residencies, this is where his mission for dance floor domination 
saw him establish his own elite brand and label. McMurdo has also played alongside most of S.A’s TOP DJ's and has networked himself across the board. He has managed to define himself as a serious entertainer and 
business man, backed by a strong team of DJ’s to join him on his journey- of whom many completed the line-up’s alongside McMurdo in his label, events and DWTV.
Sharing with the world his eloquent sound is just another dream on his to do list. Now in the driving seat 
and with a complete transformation of Dance Web Radio a new label and radio station, McMurdo’s driving 
ambition and personal belief has seen him transform the South African dance musiccommunity by bringing 
together S.A’s finest DJ’s, producers and radio presenters, through his label Dance Web Radio.
McMurdo and the DWR crew have made dance music available 24hours a day showcasing the finest talent 
S.A has to offer via streaming radio. Dance Web Radio has 28 shows a week. This includes exclusive syndications
with some of the world’s top acts like Above and Beyond, First State, Alexey Sonar and Collin Edwards are 
just a few of the international artists that McMurdo has added to the station. During 2011 DJ McMurdo has expanded his professional career by launching DWTV. This is where McMurdo will be featuring and exposing the South African dance music scene.
During 2011 McMurdo & the DWTV crew filmed and released the 4th Episode of DWTV.
